2011 Society Awards

The AHS Convention weekend ended with the AHS's first prize giving! We were proud to have Professor A C Grayling announce them via video. There was tough competition so very well done to all the winners.

Prizes were:

Best Single Event

University Collage Cork Atheist Society for Daniel Dennett, which 450 people attended.

Best Collaboration

The London Societies (UCL Atheist, Secularist and Humanist Society, UAL Atheist Skeptical Society, QMUL Atheism Society, LSESU Atheist and Humanist Society) for their quizzes.

Best Reason Week

Oxford Atheists, Secularists and Humanists for Think Week 2011

Most Raised during Non-Prophet Week

Aston Humanist Society who raised almost £700.

Best New Society

UCL Atheist, Secularist and Humanist Society and Bradford Atheist and Humanist Society.
