AHS Conference and AGM hosted by Warwick Atheists
19-21 June 2009
Our first national conference since the signing of the constitution and official AHS launch. The conference was held at the University of Warwick. It featured the election of our new President, Secretary, Treasurer, Officers and Regional Reps as well as workshops on Freshers’ Fairs and Awareness Weeks.

The AHS National Launch Party
19 February 2009
The AHS invited students, distinguished supporters and the press down to Conway Hall, London to introduce them to celebrate the birth of the AHS. The event included speeches from AHS President 2008-2009 Norman Ralph, BHA President and journalist Polly Toynbee, noted philosopher and author Prof A. C. Grayling and evolutionary biologist Prof Richard Dawkins.
