Non-Prophet Week - day 1
Day 1 of the AHS’s second Non-Prophet Week has been a resounding success, raising £1,035.42 for charity!
This has mostly been down to Bradford Atheist and Humanist Society who raised £181.58 and 9 souls by selling baked goodies, including pink sheep biscuits. They also raised £340 for Movember, in which the male members are growing their moustaches for the entire month of November.

Ben Krishna of Oxford ASH managed his first day being a Puritan. He managed to not eat any meat, drink any alcohol or even swear! We are all very proud of him.
Bristol Atheist, Agnostic and Secular Societies’ committee members Mike, Caitlin and Christian (who I’m informed is in fact an atheist) raised £144.84 and have managed their first day of silence.
AHS Team members Jess, Mike and Jenny and raised over £300 by being sponsored to sing, deliver cakes by cycling over 100 miles (we all told him it was crazy) and draw.
Check out all the events which are happening on our Non-Prophet Week webpage.
Whilst you're at it, why not listen to Mike's iPadio Broadcast about Non-Prophet Week too?
Well done everyone!
