What We Do

Detailed in this section are some of the activities carried out by the AHS. The AHS is student led though so our member societies - you - set the agenda.

Our Brand New Website, coming later this summer, will have full event details and a complete complement online resources including a new up to date wiki, improved networking opportunities and much more. Right now, please contact us if you require help and resources and see the overview below.

The AHS provides for its member societies by

    1. Networking societies using our online forums www.secularportal.com
    2. Holding regional workshops and meet ups for societies. See Regional Reps
    3. Holding annual national events
    4. Using our online resources like guidebooks and custom event plans – coming soon
    5. A wiki of everything you need to know to run a great society

The AHS represents the voices of young atheists, humanists and secularists nationally and internationally by

  • Running and publicising national events, open to the public
  • Speaking up about issues that concern us locally, nationally and internationally
  • Running campaigns as chosen by our committee
